Happy 28 weeks!

We officially made it to 28 weeks! 28 weeks is a huge milestone as far as the babies survival rates and lung maturity. I'm starting to do a lot better. My blood pressure is finally getting under better control so the specialists at Harris in Ft. Worth are comfortable with me staying here in Abilene for now.

We had a biophysical profile done on the babies yesterday. It's basically an ultrasound to check and make sure they're doing ok. It measures their heart rates, amniotic fluid levels, muscle tone, movement and breathing. Both babies scored 8/8! Paige was even being a little stinker and sticking her tongue out at us! Thanks for everyone's continued thoughts and prayers. Everyday is a new day. Our next big goal is 30 weeks! I can deliver here in Abilene if we make it to 3o weeks!
